Service Description

Wiping of all baseboards, trimwork, blinds, windows, panels and door frames, bathroom cleaning with scrubbing tub/shower, remove grime buildup wipe down all cabinets and drawers, light fixtures, doors, appliances inside and out, dusting and wiping all furniture and knick knacks. Price is hourly at $70/hr. No time limit. NOTE: Clients pays a $30 deposit online and the rest in person upon completion of the job. An expert will assess the jobsite, provide a full estimate of time & cost involved for the complete job. The $30 deposit will be deducted from the final cost & remaining payment method to be discussed in person prior to commencing any cleaning project. Terms and conditions- deposit required for book cleaning. $30 refundable when canceled up until 24hrs of scheduled cleaning. If cleaning canceled within 24hr, deposit is good for 90 days to reschedule.
