Standard routine cleaning

Service Description

Light cleaning of all living areas, dusting baseboards. Bathroom cleaning including wiping down tub and shower. Kitchen cleaning includes wiping down counters and outside of cabinets and outside of appliances, and cleaning sink. Tidying other household areas (putting away toys, dishes, making beds). Flate fee based on number of bedrooms/bathrooms and size of home. NOTE: Clients pays a $30 deposit online and the rest in person upon completion of the job. An expert will assess the jobsite, provide a full estimate of time & cost involved for the complete job. The $30 deposit will be deducted from the final cost & remaining payment method to be discussed in person prior to commencing any cleaning project. Terms and conditions- deposit required for book cleaning. $30 refundable when canceled up until 24hrs of scheduled cleaning. If cleaning canceled within 24hr, deposit is good for 90 days to reschedule.
